2% Provision
2% Provision
The 2% provision allows for tax paying individuals to redirect 2% of their income taxes toward a non-profit organisation. You can choose to gift Clinica Pro Vita with 2% from the income taxes you paid last year under Romanian regulations, so this is not a private donation. It is your decision on spending public funds! Helping Clinica Pro Vita you help mothers in crisis and you will contribute to promoting the value of life in Cluj and around the country. If you decide not to use this opportunity, that amount of money will remain to the state.
You can use the 2% provision by filling the Form 230 with your personal info and signature (if in the previous year you had incomes from salary only) of the Form 200 (if in the previous year you had income from other sources – eg. independent activities, rent, …). For the 230 Form you only need to fill in the first paragraph containing your personal information and your signature. Paragraph II does not need to be filled in, as the fiscal institution is making the calculations and is sending the money according to the regulations.
